Visale replaces the parental guarantor most landlords demand: Action Logement guarantees your landlord against unpaid rent (up to 36 monthly defaults in the private market, 9 in social housing) and rental damage — completely free, for any student aged 18 to 30. Since 6 January 2026 the student rent ceilings (rent + charges) are €1,000 per month in Île-de-France, €840 in cities over 100,000 inhabitants, Corsica and overseas, and €680 elsewhere. The companion Avance Loca-Pass lends you the security deposit — up to €1,200 at 0% interest, repaid over up to 25 months.

- Aged 18 to 30 (up to your 31st birthday) — all situations, student or not, any nationality with the right to reside in France
- Students only need two documents: ID and proof of student status
- Rent (incl. charges) within the student ceilings: €1,000 Île-de-France / €840 large cities, Corsica, overseas / €680 elsewhere
- Avance Loca-Pass: request within 2 months of moving in; repay at least €20/month within 25 months
