Complemento de Alojamento para Não Bolseiros ·Administered by Direção-Geral do Ensino Superior
Created in 2023/24 and widened in 2024/25, this complement catches displaced students whose bolsa application was rejected solely on income grounds. It pays up to 50% of the per-municipality caps that apply to bolsa holders (2024/25 values: €140.05–€241.90/month) to households with per-capita income up to 28 × IAS.
Who qualifies
- Displaced student renting with a lease and receipts
- Bolsa application rejected solely because of income
- Per-capita household income up to 28 × IAS (€14,630 per year)
How to apply
No separate application — a bolsa rejection on income grounds triggers the assessment within your BeOn application.
Deadlines: Same BeOn application as the bolsa de estudo
