Levenlanglerenkrediet ·Administered by Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO)
The levenlanglerenkrediet lets you finance a new accredited hbo/wo program (any study mode, including modular) or full-time mbo bol after your regular entitlement is gone. Repayment runs over 15 years, scaled to income.
Who qualifies
- No remaining regular studiefinanciering entitlement
- Younger than 57 (limit rises with the state-pension age)
- Tuition not fully paid by your employer or parents
- Dutch, EU/EEA/Swiss (plus partners/children) or a qualifying residence permit
How to apply
Apply via Mijn DUO before or during the academic year; the credit is granted per enrolled year.
