CVEC exemption for scholarship holders
Exonération de la CVEC pour les boursiers ·Zuständig Cnous et réseau des Crous
Every student enrolling in initial training must present a CVEC certificate — the contribution funds campus health, sport, culture and welfare services and costs €105 for 2025/26. Boursiers sur critères sociaux (and ministry-equivalent scholarship holders), students with refugee status or subsidiary protection, and asylum seekers with the right to remain are exempt: the platform recognizes boursier status automatically and issues a free certificate on the spot. If you pay first and become a boursier during the year, you can claim the €105 back.

- Boursier sur critères sociaux or scholarship holder of the higher-education, culture or agriculture ministries — including conditional award notifications
- Regional scholarship holders in health and social-care training
- Refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection, and registered asylum seekers with the right to remain
