Subsidised meals (refeição social)

Refeição Social ·Géré par Serviços de Ação Social das IES

The refeição social is the subsidised full meal served in the canteens of public higher-education institutions — €3.00 since 1 October 2023 and unchanged through 2025/26, with some SAS charging less (€2.20 at UMinho). Any enrolled student can use it, including internationals, with no application or means test.
