Free transport pass under 23

Passe Gratuito ≤23 ·Administered by Fundo Ambiental / PART

Since 1 December 2024, everyone up to 23 travels free on public transport in the networks of their residence or study area, funded by the Fundo Ambiental through the PART programme. Mestrado integrado students keep the free pass until 25. The pass must be reloaded (free of charge) every month, and the legacy sub23@superior.tp discount still guarantees at least 25% off where the gratuity does not apply.

Who qualifies

Up to 23 years old — no student status required
Mestrado integrado students: until 25
Valid in the networks of your residence or study area; free monthly reload required

How to apply

Request the pass from your local transport operator and reload it free of charge each month.
