Public-university tuition waivers set by national law: 100% for special-category large families, students with 33%+ disability, terrorism and gender-violence victims; 50% for general large families.

Public and foundation scholarships are income-tax-free: tuition and insurance plus up to €6,000 a year — €18,000 when covering transport and lodging, €21,000 abroad, and €21,000–24,600 for doctorates.
